Hey everyone!

Thank you all for being patient with us. After much deliberation in the orga and considering the input we got from you, we have decided to cancel the Sunfall scenario planned for July 2020 because of the COVID-19 situation. It breaks our hearts because we were super excited for this year’s event and we were really looking forward to seeing all of your happy, dirty faces. We have made this decision because your health and safety is our first priority. Furthermore, we feel we cannot deliver a fun and engaging Sunfall scenario when the official health guidelines still dictate that everyone must stay two meters apart, etc. As everything looks now, we deem it very unlikely that the guidelines will be much looser in July, and as such, we feel obligated to cancel the event.

But fear not! We are already hard at work at figuring out when we can run the next scenario and what we can do in the meantime to fill out the post-apocalyptic void in your hearts over the summer.

### The next Sunfall event ###
Normally, we run two Sunfall events every year – one in July and one in November. Since we are cancelling this July run, we are hoping to be able to run the next scenario as planned in November 2020. The event is planned for October 28th to November 1st. Of course we cannot know what the world will look like then. Perhaps it will really be the actual apocalypse, in which case this event will also be cancelled. But until we get a little closer and know more, we plan to see you again then.

### Work weekends ###
It will be possible to visit Wonderland before the next scenario. We know you miss Wonderland at least as much as we do and many of you already had plans for expanding and building your camps. During the summer, we will host some work weekends at Wonderland where it will be possible for you to travel there and start getting your camps prepared for the next scenario. The earliest work weekends will be in July due to renovations on site. Stay tuned for more info later.

### Sunfall at home ###
So we don’t completely forget each other’s names and faces, we want to help you stay in touch with Sunfall and with each other – from the comfort and safety of your own homes. We will be hosting virtual bars, hangouts in costumes and other online events while we wait for the time when we can get out and play again.

### Practical information about tickets ###
If you have already purchased a ticket for Sunfall July 2020, you have two options:
Either you can have your ticket transferred to the next event or you can get a refund. By transferring your ticket instead of refunding, you will be helping us out big time staying economically stable – we hope you’ll choose to do so. Transferring your tickets means that we keep a small budget to start working on the next event, building props, writing plots and making sure the Wonderland you return to is better than ever. ***Please note that if you wish to refund your ticket, you must respond to this form before June 15th 2020 or your ticket will automatically be transferred to the next scenario.***
The refunds will be paid out at the end of June. You can choose to transfer your ticket to November 2020 or to July 2021.

If your group has paid to keep your camp in the same location between November 2019 and July 2020 (500kr. or 1500kr.):
You will of course not have to pay for storage for another half year. The things you have in storage will stay where they are until the next Sunfall scenario, whenever that may be, and you will not have to pay any extra storage fee.

If your group has already paid a regular camp deposit for July 2020:
You can request your camp deposit of 500kr. refunded in case you have already paid it for this year. In that case, please follow the above refund form link. Note that if you wish to visit Wonderland to work on your camp before the next scenario, you must have paid the 500kr. camp deposit and have purchased a regular event ticket.

If you want to build on site before next event:
You must have paid the regular 500kr. camp deposit and have purchased a ticket for the coming scenario if you wish to visit Wonderland outside of the scenario to work on your camp. We are working on arranging work weekends. Precise dates will be announced later.
