Struktur

The association's structure includes the board, committees, general assembly, activity steering groups, and committee chairpersons for effective decision-making and engagement.

General assebly

The general assembly in the association is the annual or periodic meeting where members gather to discuss and vote on important decisions, including the election of leaders, amendments to the bylaws, and financial matters.

It's a democratic forum for member participation and decision-making.

The board

The board is a key component in the governance of the association's activities. The board is responsible for setting overall strategies, making important decisions, and overseeing the association's operations on behalf of the General Assembly.

The activity committee

The activity Committee is a cross-functional independent body that handles ongoing and cross-project coordination on continuous, recurring, or stand-alone tasks that are of interest to or affect the projects.

The Operations Committee

The Operations Committee for Cultural Center Wonderland is a dedicated group of individuals who work together to ensure that the location is maintained, renovated, and always ready for new activities and projects in the future.

Party committee

Our party committee is the architect behind our memorable social events. Whether it's theme parties or summer festivities, they are dedicated to creating unique experiences for our community.

Well-being Committee

The Well-being Committee works diligently to create and maintain a healthy, safe environment for our activities and for the entire community within the association. Our goal is to ensure that all members can receive the necessary support.

Quarterly meetings

In our association, we prioritize full participation in the democratic process, and therefore, we have decided to restructure our board meetings into quarterly meetings where all members are welcome.
This allows the committees to gather, collaborate on their projects, and stay updated on the association's progress and development.
